How Does Consultancy Work?

Every business plan is unique and every client deserves a professional and timely service. I do not overpromise, I do what I said I will do. Simple. In my work I get inspiration from large angel and venture capitalist firms, such as the giant investor Sequoia Capital, which has invested in companies like Apple, Google, YouTube, PayPal, Instagram, Yahoo!, Atari, Kayak, Zappos, and LinkedIn. These companies not asking for 100-page business plan. They believe that the best founders are clear thinkers.

Step #1

I start with a questionnaire to understand your ideas and your initial data and work until you are completely satisfied with the proposal.

Step #2

Then, Business Consulting (2-6 hours), Market (Research and Plan) (4 to 8 hours), Financials (4 to 10 hours) - 3 to 5 years of Sales, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecasts, Writing (8 to 16 hours) - following the format of California VC firm Sequoia Capital and adding charts, maps, graphics, etc., to clarify your business pitch.

I work around your budget. I know that startups are not cash cows. Because every plan is unique, I like to discuss final payment terms during the interview process. Depending on the nature, format and stage of your business project, my work could take about two to three weeks.
